I agree to find a caddie or playing partner to participate with me in the event to assure my safety and well-being

I will come prepared with my own golf equipment and attire and ready to brave whatever elements come, understanding that the event will be rescheduled only if the course is unplayable.

I hereby claim to be in good physical condition and capable of entering and participating in the event. I free Great Falls Rescue Mission and all associated entities from all liability of this event and my personal well-being, in the unlikely event that God’s providence would shine unkindly upon me and I would suffer accident, injury or property loss.
